BLTs for brunch

Sounds great.

I’m not a fan of tomato slices. It’s a texture thing and I’m weird.

I’d turn that into “just” a bacon sandwich and add some sweet relish. It makes it a nice sweet and savoury combo.

I just finished a late lunch of a grilled cheese with real cheddar and slices of capicola.

Didn't end up making a second round, ranch stuff happened and then we punted on pizza. At least I have more makings still. Might just take them to work.

@dodgechargerfan bacon and relish. . I'd give that a shot. I like getting pastrami and dill havarti from the local sammich shop. .

@Bob411 Isn't all mayo greasy? I mean, it's eggs and oil

Dukes is different and that might be a good thing but, I just can't get used to it. The difference is, it's more liquidy. My theory is, Hellmanns somehow whips more air into it. Since it's kind of stupid to pay for more air, I tried to adapt to Duke's by just using less of it. Nope, that doesn't work.

Ha, fair enough. I don't use much anyway, probably why I don't notice a difference between anyone. Hell, I probably couldn't tell the difference between mayo and Miracle Whip unless I saw the jars.

Oh, I can, Miracle Whip is tangy. Belongs in potato salad and nothing else.

Standard mayo for me. I don’t require it to be tweaked.
"tweaked" ? This is what I tweak with- https://giantfood.com/groceries/con...sassy-creamy-horseradish-sauce-95-oz-btl.html

I have an empty Cool Whip container in the fridge with my creation- Sassy Mayonnaise in it. Use it every workday on my sandwiches. Yes, I know I could buy just horseradish but, horseradish sauce is what was in the fridge when I decided to try it, once upon a and I like being able to call it Sassy Mayonnaise.
