Sort of. In Dutch it's vogelpoep. Which technically is its own word as its in the dictionary and all that, but also just the words for bird and shit strapped together.

In Finnish you could say stuff like linnunkakka or linnunpaska and people will know what you mean, but AFAIK it's not in the dictionary and it's not really accepted as a real word.

Indeed it does. 'Fugleklat', literally 'bird-blob' or perhaps 'bird-stain', pronounced 'fool-clad', I guess.

Thinking about it, we only talk about bird shit in the context of where it's not supposed to be. Like on your car, your boat, your clothes, or God forbid, on your plate, or even worse in your face. Otherwise bird shit is blissfully ignored.
