I've had my ST up to 210kph (132mph) with more room to go. I got home and kicked myself for being a 60-year old teenager.

Yeah, you had much more to go. My Focus Ecoboost 1.0 gets up to 210 with a bit more wiggle room.

My Autobahn record was 244km in my old 83 BMW. Never want to drive that fast again. I must have been crazy.

What's crazy is how much HP can be squeezed from an I4 turbo these days. When I bought that car, someone told me I'd never go N/A again. He was right.

We had rented one 3 years ago and drove to Amsterdam. I never looked to see what size the motor was. I was shocked when I came home and my friend told me. I just knew it got really good gas mileage and had enough power for my needs.
